I feel bad that I didn't have an appointment the day that I happen to be in Salem. They didn't seem very busy at the time, only one customer at that time. I really needed a manicure, since I will be going to Hawaii. My friend was with me, and not interested in having his nails done. We were taken to the nail station and given a drink menu for complimentary drinks. I opted for a margarita on the rocks and my friend got the Vietnamese coffee, both were excellent! I was asked what type of manicure I wanted, and I've only ever had a regular one. I opted for shellac, so that it would last me through the trip. Leynie was my nail technician. She was very professional and pleasant! She did such an amazing job on my nails..I just love the way they look! Other customers started to arrive for their appointments shortly after my manicure began. I felt bad for taking up time, and will definitely make an appointment in the future. I didn't feel rushed in the least bit. I could tell the other customers were being well taken care of. Selecting nail polish colors and offered drinks. I could hear the other customers having conversations and laughing. This place is like the "Cheers" of nail salons...a really fun place to go to, and leave with great looking nails! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Salem!

This is the best salon in Salem! They are very friendly and very very clean! They did an awesome job on my nails. Made it relaxing and no rush. Complimentary drink topped it all off. Prices are good as well. For sure will be using this salon from now on.

I walked in and requested an express pedicure. From that moment, Christopher sat me in a chair right away and they all treated me like royalty!!! Served me with a mimosa! Asked how I was doing several times and if I was happy with the service! Definitely recommend this place above all the over places I've been going to for 28 years in salem Oregon!! I decided to have my nails done since they're weren't busy and wanted to support the new business!! I'll be back with my friends soon!!

The service here was incredible! The nails looked amazing and the pedicure was so freaking good!!! Plus there's mimosas!!! Also Vietnamese coffee!!! New everything in store just opened and I could not of asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for all you did to make us feel special and welcome!!🙏

OK! I know a great mani/pedi! This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Sooo clean and great staff, lovely beverage of your choice! Incredible selection of products. Talented and experienced technicians. Treat yourself! Treat a friend or relative! What a gift this was to me and you can bet I am passing it on! Right next to Jimmy John's on Commercial! I have been searching for a great place with high standards for cleanliness and got talent, too! Highly recommend!
